Svetlana is HR manager in company where work more than 500 employees. She has been involved in adult education for 4 years as training coordinator, mentor, trainer in non-formal adult learning, member of team in training program development. She is member of the board of NGO Planet27, engaged in training for young people also people with disabilities. She is coordinator and project manager some international and local projects. She also possesses the qualification of adult educator (level VI according to Estonian national qualification system).
