Olga Volkova has been training employees in the workplace since 2012 in company she worked this period. She participated in the project PRÕM (Ministry of Education of Estonia), as trainer .  She was trainer in international project "Another angle of view", which aimed to involve people with disabilities in dialog with decision makers. She also possesses the qualification of adult educator (level VI according to Estonian national qualification system). In this moment she works in big company , dealing with the internal training development and mentoring.
