Galina Kushanova has been involved in adult education for the last 8 years as a foreign language teacher (English, Polish, Russian), mentor, study councellor, project manager and a trainer in non-formal adult learning context. She also possesses the qualification of adult educator (level VI according to Estonian national qualification system).
